All though the blades are stamped from domestic steel and then hardened using proprietary heat treatment methods, the handles are carved from hand using many different materials. Using any thing from mother-of-pearl, exotic hardwoods, or form bone of many different animals like Brazilian cattle, or India stag. Or any number of desirable stones.
